About Us
Your medical home.
Compassionate, whole-person care for the South Florida community.
At Eminat Medical Center, you’re a neighbor, not a chart number. Bilingual family medicine in Miramar — with a doctor who knows your name and a price you can see up front.
Our History
Eminat Medical Center (EMC) was founded in 2025 in Miramar, Florida, with one simple, firm idea: to put the person back at the center of healthcare. What began as a compassionate primary-care practice quickly grew into a full wellness center for South Florida’s Hispanic community.
Our roots reach back to late 2024, when we began our alliance with Eminat Research Group, a medical and social research institute focused on women’s health and childhood development. That union of clinical practice and research is what lets us deliver medicine that is evidence-based and guided by empathy.
In August 2026 we take a major step forward: we open our second location and, alongside it, launch Corazón Salud, our health-membership program designed so no family goes without care for lack of insurance.

About Our Founder
Sandra “Vivi” Negrete, MBA — Founder
Born in Ecuador and shaped by deep human sensitivity, Vivi Negrete is an entrepreneur, leader, and firm believer that health begins with listening to the person. Beyond founding Eminat Medical Center, she serves as President of the Vivi Negrete Foundation — an emotional support network for women — and founded Eminat Research Group. She is an international speaker at emotional-leadership forums and host of the “Soy Vivi Negrete” podcast.
Her vision gave rise to EMC: a place where medicine doesn’t stop at treating an illness, but accompanies the whole person.
“I founded Eminat Medical Center out of the conviction that medicine should focus on the person, not just the diagnosis. Our purpose is to provide integral care that promotes prevention, well-being, and a better quality of life — accompanying each patient with empathy, respect, and clinical excellence.”
— Vivi Negrete
President's Message
At Eminat Medical Center we believe a health center is measured by how it treats people when they need it most. From day one we set out to build a warm, human, and accessible place where every patient — insured or not — receives excellent care.
Thank you for entrusting us with your health and your family’s. We are here to walk with you through every stage.

“I believe the best medicine begins when we truly listen to our patients. My commitment is to provide integral care — grounded in science, guided by empathy, and focused on helping each person reach a healthier, fuller life.”

Service Philosophy
We built this around three promises.
A doctor who knows your name. A price you can see. No surprises.
Most people don’t avoid the doctor because they don’t care about their health. They avoid it because they don’t know what it’s going to cost, they don’t know who they’ll see, and they’ve been rushed through too many appointments to expect anything different.
We built Eminat Medical Center to break that pattern.
We take the time. Whole-person care isn’t a slogan here — it’s a scheduling decision. Your visit is long enough to actually talk, and your doctor knows your history before you sit down.
We say the price first. You’ll know what a visit costs before you book it, not after. Anything we recommend gets explained, including what it costs and why.
We speak your language. English or Spanish, with the same care either way. Being understood shouldn’t depend on which one you grew up with.
We’re here for the long run. We’re not a one-time stop. We follow up, we track what’s changing, and we’re the same practice you’ll call next year.
That’s what a medical home means. Yours is on Palm Avenue.
Director of Medical Center Operations
Daniel Valderrama — Director of Medical Center Operations
Daniel Valderrama leads day-to-day operations at Eminat Medical Center. He’s the one making sure the schedule works, the front desk answers, and every patient who walks in gets the same standard of care — in English or Spanish. His focus is simple: remove whatever stands between a patient and their doctor.
“Good care isn’t a good day. It’s the same standard on a Tuesday morning as on a Friday afternoon.”
