Our goal is to provide dignified, high-quality, and accessible medical care through a simple annual membership. It is a low-cost annual membership that covers your primary healthcare needs. Instead of complex insurance paperwork, you pay a fixed fee and get direct access to our doctors.
Important Legal Notice: This membership is NOT insurance and does not cover hospitalizations, major emergencies, or specialists outside of our agreements. Lab work and specialized tests are offered to members at a discount — they are not included in the membership.
What’s Included?
Medical Visits Included:
3 to 8 visits per year depending on your plan (Essential, Plus, or Max). Coverage for flu, infections, minor pain, basic mental health, and chronic condition management (Hypertension, Diabetes Type 2, Cholesterol, and Fatty Liver).
Preventive Care:
Quarterly routine checkups including blood pressure, BMI, and heart rate monitoring.
Specialized Tests at a Discount:
Fibroscan (liver), EKG, TM Flow, and PAP smears, available to members at a reduced price — not included in the membership.
Laboratory Package at a Discount:
Complete blood count, lipid panel, blood chemistry, urinalysis, PSA, and vaginal cytology, at member pricing — not included in the membership.
Generic Prescriptions:
Access to affordable generic medications at our pharmacy.
