Corazón Salud is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership designed for individuals and families without health insurance. Our goal is to provide dignified, high-quality, and accessible medical care through a simple annual membership. It is a low-cost annual membership that covers your primary healthcare needs. Instead of complex insurance paperwork, you pay a fixed fee and get direct access to our doctors.
Important Legal Notice: This membership is NOT insurance and does not cover hospitalizations, major emergencies, or specialists outside of our agreements (Based on Florida DPC statutes).
What’s Included?
8 Medical Visits per Year:
Coverage for flu, infections, minor pain, basic mental health, and chronic condition management (Hypertension, Diabetes Type 2, Cholesterol, and Fatty Liver).
Preventive Care:
Quarterly routine checkups including blood pressure, BMI, and heart rate monitoring.
Specialized Annual Tests:
Includes Fibroscan (liver), EKG, TM Flow, and PAP smears.
Annual Laboratory Package:
Complete blood count, lipid panel, blood chemistry, urinalysis, PSA, and vaginal cytology.
Generic Prescriptions:
Access to affordable generic medications at our pharmacy.
